This project was built in Evergreen, Colorado starting in early summer 2002. We built the building using load bearing structural steel studs, which held up the 94 roof trusses supplied by Rigid Component Systems. Our crew used a mobile crane and set the trusses around the unique rotunda without a hitch and then applied 2,000 sheets of drywall and interior finish. This all was done during rapidly changing weather conditions, which always presented quite a challenge to our crew. Never the less the job was completed on time and was a valuable learning experience for our company.
